The Guernsey 20 Pounds Banknote was issued by the States of Guernsey in 2012 to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. The banknote has a color combination of red, blue, green, brown, orange, and yellow. On its obverse are a Guernsey lily, the Saint James Concert Hall in Saint Peter Port, olive branches flanking the Diamond Jubilee seal, a foil flower, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The reverse of the note depicts Saint Samson's Church, Vale Castle, two small sailboats, a ferry ship, flowers, and trees. The banknote has a windowed security thread with demetallized GUERNSEY. Its watermark reveals Queen Elizabeth II and Cornerstones. The note measures 149 x 80 mm and bears the signature of Bethan Haines. This particular commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60 to 70.
