Guernsey 5 Pounds Banknote, 1996-2008 ND, P-56b, UNC

The 5 Guernsey pound banknote is part of a series of banknotes that were issued in between 1994 and 1996. The series of bank notes had Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse side. The 5 pound bank notes obverse also features olive branches surrounding the seal of Bailiwick, and the town church at St. Peter Port. The reverse side features Fort Grey in Rocquaine Bay and the Hanois Lighthouse. Its watermark is Queen Elizabeth II. There are also two types of security threads used in the bank notea solid security thread and a windowed security thread with a demetalized text of Guernsey. The note measures 135 x 70 mm.
