Guinea 1,000 Francs Banknote, 2015, P-48a, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Guinea 1,000 Francs banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Guinea in 2015. Its obverse side bears a portrait of a woman along with the national emblem, and the Coat of Arms of Guinea. The reverse side features two dump trucks and a steam shovel at an open-pit bauxite mine, a stalk of bananas, and the map of Guinea. Security features of the banknote include a windowed security thread with demetalized GNF 1000 and a watermark that reveals a woman and electrotype RG 1000. It also bears the bank logo as a registration device. It measures 139 x 68 mm. The banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
