This 10,000 Guinean franc note is dated 2012 and bears the signatures of Central Bank Governor Aboubakar Kagbe Toure and Finance Minister Kemoko Keita. It is a red, green, blue, and brown note that measures 153 mm x 78 mm. Its obverse side shows a young girl, a holographic patch, the national coat of arms, three shells, and a pineapple. Its reverse side displays a field and the “Lady of Maali” rock formation. Other security features include a 3-mm red-to-green windowed security thread with demetalized GNF 10000 and a watermark of a young girl, an electrotype RG, and Cornerstones. It is also a superb gem uncirculated note that qualified for Paper Money Guaranty’s Exceptional Paper Quality, experienced very minor handling, and has slightly off-center margins and registration. Thus, it is graded 68 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
