The Guinea Bissau 100 Pesos banknote from 1990 is part of the 1990 - 1993 series. Its obverse side depicts the national emblem, a flame as a registration device, an ancestral totem of a woman, and a portrait of military leader Domingos Ramos. The reverse side features the Banco Central da Guine-Bissau headquarters building in Bissau. The note has a dimension of 127 x 64 mm and contains a solid security thread printed with BCG to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would reflect a repeating BCG watermark.
