The Guyana 100 Dollar banknote was released by the Bank of Guyana between 2005-2016. This blue banknote comes with a repeating serial number. Featured on its obverse is the bank logo and map of Guyana. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the 19th-century St. George Cathedral which is the tallest wooden cathedral in Georgetown. The banknote contains a windowed security thread with a demetallized GUYANA and a watermark that reflects a red macaw parrot head, cornerstones, and an electrotype 100. The banknote is 156 x 65 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
