This Guyana 20 Dollars banknote from 2009 was signed by the Governor and Minister of finance, Lawrence Williams and Ashni Singh respectively. Its obverse side features the bank logo and the Kaieteur Falls in Kaieteur National Park in central Guyana. The falls are known to be named after Chief Kai, one of the distinguished chieftains of the Patamona tribe. The reverse side features the ferry vessel MV Malali that crosses the Essequibo River between Parika and Adventure, and a shipbuilding factory. The note is 156 x 65 mm in size and is equipped with a solid security thread printed GUYANA for added security. It is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated.
