Guyana 5,000 Dollars Banknote, 2013 ND, P-40a, PMG 66

Guyana 5,000 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of Guyana in 2013. The obverse of the note features the bank logo and a map. The reverse depicts a hoatzin bird in flight, a river in a rainforest, and a hoatzin bird perched on a branch. The note contains a holographic stripe with the bank logo, a jaguar, and BOG. It also contains a dual track security thread and a watermark that reveals a red macaw parrot’s head, and an electrotype 5000. The note is 156 x 65 mm in size. This particular banknote is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
