This uncirculated 10 Haitian gourd note is dated 1999 and signed by Fritz Jean, Roland Pierre, and Henri Cassion. It is a green, yellow, orange, purple, and light blue note that measures 162 mm x 68 mm. Its obverse side depicts how the Haitian flag was sewn by Catherine Flon on 18 May 1803, the last day of the Congress of Arcahaie. Its reverse side shows the national coat of arms. Security features include a solid security thread and a palm tree watermark.
