Honduras 50 Lempiras Banknote, 2016, P-104a.1, UNC

This 50 Honduran lempiras banknote is part of the latest series which included embossed Braille dots and high-relief vertical bars to aid the visually impaired identify the different denominations by feel. Introduced in August 2018, this note has a Mayan glyph and 50 as its registration device. Its front side features Juan Manuel Galvez Duron. Its back side shows the headquarters building of the Banco Central de Honduras (Central Bank of Honduras). The note has a solid security thread with BCH 50 printed on it, a watermark of Juan Manuel Galvez Duron and electrotyped 50. The notes dimensions are 156 mm x 67 mm.
