The Hong Kong - HSBC 10 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in 1989. The note comes in a color combination of orange, pink, blue, and green. Its obverse features a lion rampant, a crowned coat of arms of Hong Kong, a unicorn rampant, a sailing ship, and a Chinese junk. Its reverse depicts reclining lion statues flanking the fourth HSBC headquarters building in the Central District of Hong Kong. It also shows Chinese junk and a modern freight ship. The note has a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a lion's head in profile. It is 138 x 69 mm in size. This particular banknote has been graded 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
