This uncirculated 1,000 Hong Kong dollar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of China. It is an orange, yellow, and green note that is dated 1 January 2010, bears the signature of He Guangbei, and measures 163 mm x 81.5 mm. Its obverse side features the Bank of China Tower, Bauhinia flowers, the bank logo, and 1000 and bauhinia flower in SPARK. Its reverse side shows city buildings and Victoria Harbor. Security features include a green-to-magenta windowed security thread with demetallized HK 1000 and a large HK made up of small letters, a denomination registration device, and a watermark of a Bauhinia flower with an electrotype 1000 on pixelized design.
