The obverse features the Bank of China tower and narcissus flowers. It also depicts the bank logo. The reverse displays commercial buildings and mountains in Central and Wan Chai with the ships in the harbor. The banknote has a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals a lion statue. It measures 143 x 71.5 mm and bears Chinese and English text. This particular paper bill has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
