The Hong Kong - Bank of China 20 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of China in 2022 to commemorate the Winter Olympics in Beijing. Its theme is inspired by a line in a Chinese poem “From far away, you share this moment with me.” Its obverse side features the emblem of the Beijing Winter Olympics, a snowflake pattern, and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong. Its reverse side is vertically oriented and depicts the silhouette of Victoria Harbor and the Great Wall under the moon and winter athletes. The note contains a dynamic shimmering pattern, a Galaxy windowed security thread with Saturn effect and demetalized 20 and Bauhinia flower and 20 in green SPARK Orbital, and an enhanced snowflake watermark with electrotype 20. It is 143 x 71.5 mm in size. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition and comes in a folder.
