The Hong Kong - Bank of China 50 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of China in 2012. The green banknote bears Chinese and English texts. Its obverse features the Bank of China tower, bauhinia flowers, the bank logo, and 50 and a bauhinia flower in SPARK. The reverse depicts waves along the rocky shore of Tung Ping Chau. The banknote contains a green-to-magenta windowed security thread with demetallized HK50 and a large HK made up of small letters. Its registration device is in the form of a denomination. Its watermark reveals a bauhinia flower and an electrolyte 50 on a pixelized design. The banknote is 148 x 74 mm in size and signed by He Guangbei. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
