The Hong Kong - Bank of China 50 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of China in 2018. This green banknote features the Bank of China building in Beijing and a bauhinia flower on its obverse design. The obverse also shows the BOC logo and the denomination in green SPARK orbital. The reverse is in a vertical orientation and depicts a butterfly resting on a flower.
