Reviews:

This Hong Kong 1 Cent banknote from 1971-1981 is like the preceding series, but with the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II replacing that of King George VI on the front design. The reverse side is a blank space. The note was signed by then Financial Secretary John James Cowperthwaite and measures 89 x 42 mm. The note does not contain any security threads nor watermarks.
