This Hong Kong 20 Dollar banknote from 2005 is part of the 2003 - 2009 series. Its obverse side of the note features the HSBC logo, a lion's head statue, and a numeric 20 in gold-to-green OVI. The reverse side features a magnificent view of the Hong Kong Harbour along with the Peak Tram railway, HSBC logo, and flowers. The note measures 144 x 72 and contains a 4-mm wide holographic windowed security thread with demetalized bauhinia flower and HK20 and a solid security thread to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would reflect a watermark image of the HSBC headquarters and electrotype 20.
