This uncirculated 20 Hong Kong dollar banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. It is a blue banknote that is dated 1 January 2013, bears the signature of Peter T.S. Wong, and measures 143 mm x 71.5 mm. Its obverse side shows the HSBC headquarters building, a lion statue, and a lion’s head and 20 in SPARK. Its reverse side depicts children celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival. Security features include a green-to-magenta windowed security thread with a demetalized HK20 and large HK made up of small letters, an HSBC logo registration device, and a watermark of a Bauhinia flower with an electrotype 20 on a pixelized design.
