The Hong Kong - Standard Chartered Bank 20 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Standard Chartered Bank in 1985. It has a color combination of orange, black, violet, and green. Its obverse side contains a depiction of a mythical tortoise and an underprint that has a bank logo pattern. Its reverse side shows the Standard Chartered Bank headquarters in the Central District, a lion rampant, and a crowned coat of arms and unicorn rampant. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals an allegorical helmeted warrior’s head and SCB. The note is signed by Area Financial Controller Mark Waller and Area General Manager William Charles Langdon Brown and measures 144 mm x 72 mm. This banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
