Hungary 1,000 Forint Banknote, 2021, P-203c, UNC

This uncirculated 1,000 Hungarian forint banknote is a standard banknote issued by the Hungarian National Bank. It is a blue and yellow banknote that is dated 2021, bear the signatures of Patai Mihaly, Matolcsy Gyorgy, Dr. Kandracs Csaba, and Marton Nagy, and measures 154 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows a crowned coat of arms, a raven in purple-to-green OVI, and a portrait of King Matthias Corvinus. Its reverse side depicts a gold gulden coin depicting a standing St. Ladislas holding an orb and scepter in front and the king’s name and title around the coat of arms at the back, a seated monk reading a book from an illuminated manuscript, and the Hercules Kut (Hercules Fountain) at the Royal Palace. Security features include a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with a demetalized MAGYAR NEMZETI BANK, and a watermark of Matyas Kiraly.
