Hungary 1,000 Pengo Banknote, 1945, P-118a, UNC

This uncirculated 1,000 Hungarian pengo note is dated 15 July 1945 and signed by Thaly Zsigmond, Kar Oltvanyi Imre, and Farago Lajos. It is a dark green and red note that measures 185 mm x 90 mm. Its obverse side features a head of a woman with roses in her hair and oak and olive branches flanking the crowned coat of arms. Its reverse side shows bank guilloches. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. The note is demonetized.
