Hungary 1 Million B.- Pengo Banknote, 1946, P-134, UNC

The Hungary 1 Million B.- Pengo Banknote was issued by the Hungarian National Bank in 1946. The brown banknote bears Hungarian text. Its obverse features Lajos Kossuth. The reverse features Meszoly Geza’s painting “Fisherman's Hut on Lake Balaton” depicting, people, trees, and boats. It also shows the crowned coat of arms. The banknote does not contain a security thread or watermark. It is 168 x 85 mm in size and is signed by Szekely Artur, Farago Lajos, and Oltvanyi Imre. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
