The Hungary 1 Million Milpengo Banknote was released by the Hungarian National Bank in 1946 in a combination of brown and yellow colors. Its obverse bears Hungarian text and features the country’s crowned coat of arms and a portrait of Lajos Kossuth. The reverse of the note depicts the crowned coat of arms and the painting of Meszoly Geza “Fisherman’s Hut on Lake Balaton” depicting people, trees, and boats. The banknote does not contain a security thread and watermark. It measures 168 x 85 mm and is in used condition.
