This uncirculated 100 Hungarian forint note is part of the first series of banknotes issued by the Hungarian National Bank that features the Soviet coat of arms. It is a reddish-brown, blue, and orange note that is dated 30 October 1984 and signed by Fekete Janos, Timar Matyas, and Palkovics Reszo. Its obverse side features the Soviet coat of arms and a portrait of statesman Lajos Kossuth. Its reverse side features the excerpt of three horses pulling a farm cart with two riders from Lotz Karoly’s Escape the Storm. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. However, it measures 166 mm long and 72 mm wide.
