The Hungary 2,000 Forint Banknote Is part of the Hungarian National Bank’s 2016 issues. The obverse of this brown banknote features transylvanian Prince Gabriel Bethlen. It also shows a tulip flower in gold-to-green Optically Variable Ink and a crowned coat of arms. The reverse of the note depicts Gabriel Bethlen examining a book with the scientists, from the painting by Viktor Madarasz. The note contains a holographic stripe with a demetallized Bethlen Gabor, and 2000. It also contains a solid security thread with demetallized MNB 2000 and a watermark that reflects Bethlen Gabor and a horizontal electrotype 2000. The note is 154 x 70 mm in size. This particular banknote has been given a grade of 68 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
