This uncirculated 500 Hungarian forint banknote is a standard banknote issued by the Hungarian National Bank. It is an orange and brown banknote that is dated 2013, bear the signatures of Matolcsy Gyorgy and Balog Adam, and measures 154 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows the crowned coat of arms, a bank monogram in OVI, and a portrait of Prince Francis II Rakoczi from a painting by Adam Manyoki. Its reverse side depicts a view of the Sarospataki Castle (A Sarospataki Var). Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized MAGYAR NEMZETI BANK and a watermark of Rakoczi Ferenc. The note was withdrawn in 2019.
