India 100 Rupees Banknote, 2021, P-112o, UNC, Plate Letter F

The India 100 Rupees Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of India in 2021. Its obverse features Mahatma Gandhi and the RBI seal with a tiger and a palm tree. It also displays the lion capital of the Ashoka pillar. The reverse depicts the Swachh Bharat logo (Gandhi's eyeglasses), a language panel, and the Rani Ki Vav (The Queens Stepwell) in Patan, Gujarat. The banknote contains a 3-mm wide green-to-blue windowed security thread with demetallized RBI and India. It has a registration device in the form of the denomination and a watermark that reveals an electrotype 100, Mahatma Gandhi, a vertical RBI, and 100. The lavender banknote is 142 x 66 mm in size and is signed by Shaktikanta Das. This particular banknote bears the Plate Letter F and is in uncirculated condition.
