This uncirculated 100 Indian rupee note is a replacement banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of India. It is a lavender note that is dated 2023, bears the signature of Shaktikanta Das and the plate letter M, and measures 142 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features Mahatma Gandhi, the lion capital of Ashoka pillar, and the RBI seal with a tiger and a palm tree. Its reverse side shows the Swachh Bharat logo (Gandhi’s glasses), a language panel, and the Rani Ki Vav (Queen’s Stepwell). Security features include a denomination registration device, a 3-mm wide green-to-blue windowed security thread with demetallized RBI and India, and a watermark of an electrotype 100, Mahatma Gandhi, a vertical RBI, and 100.
