This Indonesia 100 Rupiah banknote from 2000 is part of the 1992 - 2000 series. The obverse side of the note depicts a two-masted sailing ship along with the coat of arms of Indonesia. The reverse side features the child of smoking Mount Krakatau volcano between the islands of Java and Sumatra in the Indonesian province of Lampung. The note measures 136 x 68 mm and does not contain any security threads however a watermark image of Indonesian independence movement activist Ki Hajar Dewantara is added to the design to enhance the banknote's security.
