This uncirculated 20,000 Indonesian rupiah banknote was issued by the Bank Indonesia in 2021 (Emisi 2016 / Peruri TC 2021). It bears the signatures of Bank Indonesia Governor Perry Warjiyo and Finance Minister Mulyani Indrawati. Its obverse side features the national emblem, the map of Indonesia, and a portrait of the first Sulawesi governor Dr. Gerungan Saul Samuel Jacob Ratulangi.
