The Indonesia 5,000 Rupiah Banknote was issued by Bank Indonesia in 2006. Its obverse side depicts Tuanku Imam Bondjol and the Indonesian coat of arms. Its reverse side contains the Pengrajin Tenun, a woman weaver in traditional garb, and a Pandai Sikek-Sumatera Barat (Sikek Beach craftsman). Security features include a solid security thread with printed BANK INDONESIA and a watermark of Tjut Meutia. It is 143 mm x 65 mm in size and is signed by Miranda S. Goeltom and Sjahril Sabirin. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
