Indonesia 5,000 Rupiah Banknote, 2016, P-156a, UNC

The 5,000 Rupiah banknote issued in 2016 is in uncirculated condition. It features politician and minister Dr. K.H. Idham Chalid on its obverse. The front side also displays a map of the country, the National Emblem, and the Bank of Indonesia logo as its registration device. Centered on the reverse of the bill is a Tari Gambyong or a dancer with scarves. Other notable features are the Gunong Bromo (a volcano in East Java), a tuberose flower, and the bank logo. The banknotes solid security thread is printed with BANK INDONESIA. With a portrait of Tjut Meutia, this 143 x 66 mm paper money is signed by Marotwardojo and Indrawati.
