Indonesia 50,000 Rupiah commemorative banknote from 1993 has a pick number P-134, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition, and features Suharto. This polymer banknote comes with a folder-card.


This uncirculated 50,000 Rupiah Indonesia note is commemorative banknote issued by Bank Indonesia to celebrate the first long-term 25-year development period under President Suharto. It is a blue, green, and yellow polymer note that is dated 1993, bear the signatures of Hasudungan Tampubolon and Adrianus Mooy, and measures 152 x 76 mm. Its obverse side features Temples, a water buffalo plowing fields, highway interchange, graduation ceremony, doctor and nurse, Suharto, Father of Indonesian Development (SOEHARTO BAPAK PEMBANGUNAN INDONESIA), a satellite, jet plane, off-shore oil platform, a ship, petroleum refinery, seated Soeharto with audience, hologram of Suharto, and the coat of arms. Its reverse side shows Boeing 747 in Garuda Indonesia livery soaring above the control tower at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Jakarta. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of a shadow image. This note was demonetized on 20 August 2010. Additionally, the note comes with a folder-card.
