Iraq 1,000 Dinars Banknote, 2018 (AH1440), P-104, UNC, Commemorative, Fancy Serial #

The Iraq 1,000 Dinar banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Iraq in 2018 to commemorate the inclusion of the marshes and ruins of southern Iraq in the 2016 world heritage list. Its obverse side features a silhouette of a man standing on a boat holding a pole with an Assyrian star in the background. The reverse side features the Mustansiriya Madrasah building in Baghdad. The note is 142 x 66 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic text. Its watermark reveals an image of a horse’s head. This commemorative banknote has a fancy serial number and is in uncirculated condition.
