Iraq 1,000 Dinars Banknote, 2018 (AH1440), P-104, UNC, TAP Authenticated

The Iraq 1,000 Dinars Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Iraq in 2018 to commemorate the inclusion of the marshes and ruins of Southern Iraq on the list of World Heritage 2016. Featured on the obverse of this brown banknote is a silhouette of a man standing on a boat, holding a pole with the Assyrian star in the background. The reverse of the note depicts the Mustansiriya Madrasah building in Bagdad. The paper bill contains a solid security thread with demetallized Arabic text. It also has a watermark that reflects a horse’s head. The banknote is 142 x 66 mm in size and is signed by Ali Mohsen Ismail al Alaq. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
