Iraq 1,000 Dinars Banknote, 2018, P-NEW, UNC

The Iraq 1,000 Dinar banknote that was issued in 2018 was introduced with new designs to reflect the nations heritage and diversity. Its obverse side features a silhouette of a man standing in a boat holding a pole with an Assyrian star in the background. The reverse side features the Mustansiriya Madrasah building in Baghdad. The note is 142 x 66 mm in size and is equipped with a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic text to enhance its security features. An image of a horse head is also made visible under a UV light.
