This uncirculated Iraqi half-dinar note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Iraq. It is a blue and violet note that is dated 1985/AH 1405, bears the signature of Hassan al-Najafi, and measures 130 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features an astrolabe. Its reverse side shows the spiral minaret of the Malwiya Tower at the Great Mosque of Samarra. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of a horse head.
