This red and yellow 25,000 Iraqi dinar banknote is dated 2018 (AH 1440) and signed by Ali Mohsen Ismali Al-Alaq. It is also in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated. Its obverse side portrays a woman carrying a jug with a modern tractor plowing a field in the background. Its reverse side replicates how King Hammurabi received the law from Shamash the Sun God as depicted on the upper part of the Code of Hammurabi stele. Security features of the note include three intaglio bars at the left front side of the note, a purple SPARK feature, a varifeye thread, a 4-mm wide purple-to-green RollingStar Cube windowed security thread with demetalized Arabic text, a horse head watermark, and dimensions of 177 mm by 78 mm. The note was printed by Giesecke & Devrient.
