Iraq 250 Dinars Banknote, 2013 (AH1435), P-97a.1s, UNC, Specimen

This uncirculated 250 Iraqi dinar banknote is a specimen issued by the Central Bank of Iraq. It is a blue and tan banknote that is dated 2013/ AH 1435, bears the signature of Abdul Basit Turki Saeed, and measures 130 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side shows an astrolabe and a diagonal red overprint. Its reverse side depicts the spiral minaret of the Malwiya Tower at the Great Mosque of Samarra and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetallized Arabic text and a horse head watermark.
