This Iraq 5,000 Dinar Banknote was released by the Central Bank of Iraq in 2010 or 1431 in the Hijri calendar. The banknote has hints of purple, blue, and orange. Featured on its obverse is the Gali Ali Beg waterfall in Kurdistan. The banknote’s reverse depicts the desert fortress of Al-Ukhether. The banknote’s security features include a solid security thread with a demetallized Arabic text and a watermark that shows the head of a horse. This paper bill measures 159 x 78 mm and is in uncirculated condition.
