Reviews:

This Iraqi 500 Dinar banknote from 2004 is part of the 2003-2013 series. It was issued by the Coalition Provisional Authority and was designed and printed by Thomas De La Rue using modern anti-forgery techniques. The obverse side of the note depicts the Dukan Dam on the Lesser Zab River in the Sulaimania Governorate. The reverse side features the winged bull statue from the Palace of Khorsabad in Dur-Sharrukin also known as the Fortress of Sargon and Assyrian priest. The note measures 142 x 66 mm and is equipped with a solid security thread with demetalized Arabic text to enhance its security features. A watermark image of a horse head is also made visible under UV light.
