The Israel 100 New Sheqalim is part of the family of notes designed by Naomi and Meir Eshel which was issued with upgraded security features. The front in vertical orientation features the longest-serving President Yitzhak Ben Zvi. It also shows the interior of the Presidential residence and an excerpt from Ben Zvis speech. The back of the banknote depicts a synagogue of Pekin, a Galilee village, and an excerpt from Ben Zvis second inauguration speech. This bill that measures 138 x 71 mm has a solid security thread and a watermark of Ytzhac Ben Zvis portrait. Moreover, it is graded PMG 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
