This uncirculated 20 Israeli new shekel banknote is a standard circulation banknote that is dated 2017 and bears the signature of Bank Governor Dr. Karnit Flug. It is a red note that measures 129 mm x 71 mm. Its obverse side features the poet Rachel Bluwstein, a microprint of her poem “Kinneret”, and a gold-to-green SPARK open book feature. Its reverse side shows the Sea of Galilee shoreline and a segment of the poem “Perhaps it was nothing…”. Security features include a menorah registration device, a Kinegram Volume holographic stripe, a color-changing windowed security thread with a demetalized 20 and a portrait of Bluwstein, and a watermark of Rachel Bluwstein with an electrotype 20.
