This used 10,000 Italian lira note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Italy. It is a green, blue, and purple note that is dated 3 September 1984, bear the signatures of Vittorio Stevani and Carlo Azeglio Ciampi, and measures 133 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features the seal of the Maritime Republics (Amalfi, Genoa, Pisa, Venice), a galvanic battery, and a portrait of Alessandro Volta. Its reverse side shows the Tempio Voltiano Museum.
