This uncirculated 500 Dollars Jamaica note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Jamaica. It is an orange, purple, and green note that is dated 2009, bears the signature of Derick Milton Latibeaudiere, and measures 145 x 68 mm. Its obverse side features crocodile with key in underprint, lobster claw flower, Nanny of the maroons, hibiscus flower, coat of arms and lobster claw flower. Its reverse side shows a lobster claw flower, pocket watch, map of Jamaica, Port Royal buildings and lobster claw flower. Security features include a solid security thread, a windowed security thread with demetalized BOJ 500, and a watermark of Nanny of the Maroons, electrotype 500 and crocodile, and Cornerstones.
