Reviews:

This used Japanese hansatsu note is issued by the local landlord as a substitute for one monme (3.75 g of silver) during the Tokugawa era. Its obverse side features a sea theme, with Ebisu (fisherman god) on top and seashells below. Its reverse side shows the clan seal and the territory where the note circulated. Though the note does not have a security thread or a watermark, it has dimensions of 119 mm x 32 mm. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
