Reviews:

This 10,000 Japanese yen banknote with a brown serial number was introduced by the Bank of Japan in 2011. It measures 160 mm by 76 mm. Its color scheme is brown, green, and orange. Its obverse side features Fukuzawa Yukichi. Fukuzawa Yukichi is a Japanese author, teacher, translator, and journalist. He founded Keio University one of the top universities in Japan, the Institute for the Study of Infectious Diseases, and the Jiji Shinpo (Current Events), one of Japans most influential newspapers in history. Its reverse side shows a standing cockerel. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Fukuzawa Yukichi. This note is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
