Reviews:

This black, green, brown, and purple 10 Japanese yen note was introduced by the Bank of Japan on May 1930 and withdrawn on March 1946. Its front side contains a rosette and the portrait of Wake no Kiyomaro, a nobleman who blocked a Buddhist priest from taking the imperial throne. Its reverse side features a view of Goo Shrine in Kyoto, a temple that is dedicated to boars and is said to cure foot and leg injuries. Though it has no security thread, it has a kanji and tiled design watermark. The note is 142 mm long and 81 mm wide.
