Its obverse side contains a photograph of Queen Elizabeth II by Anthony Buckley, the national arms of Jersey with three lions passant guardant, and the Jersey buttercup flower. Its reverse side contains John Singleton Copleys interpretation of The Death of Major Peirson in the Battle of Jersey. The note has a solid security thread and a Jersey cow head watermark. Its dimensions are 135 mm by 67 mm.
